Recognised their limitations and open to change, but as a family-run organisation not sure how to go about implementing it. Able to repsond rapidly to changes in the known markets.
Cons
Pushed back against change when opportunity presented. Spent a lot of money on something that really, really, should have been properly assessed, rated and earning potential properly scrutinised before committing to it
