Pros

This company is a seasonal/holiday based company. Luckily, most of the year is very relaxed and laid back. You can take off almost any time you need to without it being a problem, and there's usually nice opportunity for overtime during holidays. Dress code is casual. You can wear sweatpants and t-shirts. You never interact with customers face-to face. It's a small company, and the owners of the company are there every day. You have access and ability to get to know all of the management. Good employee discount!

Cons

NO PAID HOLIDAYS OR VACATION TIME UNTIL YOU WORK THERE FOR A YEAR! This was a huge problem for me. The management are all close high school friends, which makes this company very clique-y. If you're not in their close circle, you are dispensable. They so badly need a professional HR department to deal with workplace conflicts. There is no communication between departments. Marketing will run a sale or send out coupons and not let Customer Service workers know. Or customer service will promise a delivery date that the Production Department is unaware of. It can get very frustrating when you aren't given accurate information.
