Production management have no idea how production ACTUALLY progresses, ask for you to put in more hours with no parts or while waiting on engineering. Also will feed you promises which will never be fulfilled (one guy has been wanting to move to controls engineering for 3 years, promises keep coming of talking about it, nothing happens). Engineering staff (except pumps) have no idea what they are releasing for production, often causing huge delays that force you to work overtime. Fixes come down the pipeline weeks, sometimes months after a project should have already been started.
