      Great benefits including 401K match, paid time off-goes up every year, ESB, blue cross blue shield insurance, leadership development courses, paid CEU's

      Cons

      A lot of staff members are stuck in old/bad habits and not thee most welcoming to new staff (makes turn around happen quickly)

      What truly sets this school apart is its heart. The dedication, patience, and creativity of the staff make every day purposeful. Seeing a student achieve a new skill or express joy in a way they couldn’t before reminds you why this work matters so much.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding at times, but it’s deeply fulfilling.
