      Pros

      The clients make Marklund the best place to be. If you're having a bad day, they make it better. The buildings are very nice and always clean. Staff work well together. Nurses are friendly.

      Cons

      -Turnover- but not like other places I have worked and we have staff that have worked with the company for many years in all departments. They expect the best for all clients, that is why I feel the they are happy and well cared for.

      Pros

      What truly sets this school apart is its heart. The dedication, patience, and creativity of the staff make every day purposeful. Seeing a student achieve a new skill or express joy in a way they couldn’t before reminds you why this work matters so much.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding at times, but it’s deeply fulfilling.
