      Long hours, no recognition, dead end job, management is clueless and most often absent, treat their employees awful. Owner cares more about displaying million door pieces of art than taking care of his employees

      So many! Egotistical CEO, everyone is trying to get everyone in trouble so they can take their jobs, management is non existent, promotes a culture of step on people to get ahead
