Markitors is a truly a wonderful place to work. The people are absolutely amazing, supportive, talented and friendly. Brett is a great leader and truly cares about all employees. It's not uncommon for him to call a company meeting to get feedback on a new policy or to see how people are feeling about company changes. The company has a clear path for advancement and everyone is treated fairly. You know what you need to do to succeed at the company and are rewarded for your work. I worked at Markitors for more than a year and it was my first job out of college. I wouldn't have wanted to spend my time anywhere else. I got great exposure to so many facets of digital marketing and was given the opportunity to try new things and take on lots of responsibilities. I'd highly recommend working at Markitors to anyone passionate about digital marketing and looking for a fun, positive work environment. Also, the perks are pretty great! Honestly, I have no cons to share about Markitors. I would wholeheartedly recommend it and though I moved on to another position, I had nothing but great experiences and great opportunities at Markitors.
