      Pros

      Markit is an amazing company truly based on values. Respect for all Markiteers and sincere drive to help our clients and the whole environment while bringing transparency and efficiency to the IT channel makes Markit a true market leader, growing double digit every single year.

      Cons

      None from my standpoint. It might not be a nice fit for someone looking for an internal ladder to climb. Markit internal hierarchy is quite flat and everyone's professional growth is based on her and her team results.

      Stable, lots of learning, open minded leadership, flexible mindset.

      Cons

      Low pay, no reward for above the avarage results, not aggressive on sales commision, sometimes very systematic unecessarily.
