- the entire organization is very supportive of their employees — lots of career development opportunities, paid training sessions and workshops, employee appreciation week, constant feedback, and open/anonymous suggestion box - the company really cares about maintaining a positive culture in all of the branches, taking care to rotate staff every few years to avoid any toxic cultures from developing - the work itself is not that high pressure - supervisors and managers were generally great in all locations

- a little bit of a slow-paced environment - full-time positions are few and hard to come by
