They work hard to ensure we are all getting at least 40 hours/week, even during slow points, only 1-2 days/month does management micromanage what you're doing, very relaxed office environment, management is frequently out of the office.
Cons
No common goal for the company, hard to get straight answers out of management, minimal bonuses, profit from job cost information only available to senior management members.
