      Pros

      90% of work inside. Great Benefits. Flexible on needing time away or off. Holiday Pay. Vacation Pay. 401K Plan with up to 4% matching. If taking the T, its across the street from Downtown Crossing. Free snacks and soft drinks at work. OT available but rarely required. Great Job! Only left because spouse took another job out of state.

      Cons

      Its a data center so the humming of the cooling fans is continuous. Its like a working as a Fireman. Easy job up to the point something happens. Then you must perform. No exceptions.
