The company has a fast paced environment with a very collaborative team. It is a results driven culture supported by knowledgeable and understanding leadership across the company. Flexibility around working from home. Strong opportunities for those who are willing to work hard.

Unfortunately, I did not find any significant positives during my time with the company.

The overall workplace culture felt negative, and employee morale appeared to be consistently low. Complaints among staff were common, and turnover seemed unusually high, which created challenges for team stability and continuity. Many of the concerns raised in previous employee reviews reflected my own experience as well.
