2 years of poor leadership has passed, back to the old Marketron ways! - Client Services Marketron Employee Review

The last four years has been a tough road for Marketron and their clients. The private equity group that was in charge stripped the soul out of the place by bring in a new CEO/CFO who thought they had it all figured out. They had no idea what they were doing or how to run a software company. They brought in their buddies and wives to run the place. They over spent on personal items and stripped all the perks and benefits from the employees. Customers suffered as well and have been left holding the bag. A lot of good people left the company (many still remain) because of the poor leadership. Good news is that a new leadership team was brought in and they are working hard to correct the damage that has been done. From what I hear the place is returning to the ways of old; honesty, trust, and respect is now in place.
