I would have given a negative star if possible. While interview, wait for entire day. The general manager will opt to go for a tea break for 45 mins rather than taking your 15 mins interview. If you get selected, here even beggars are choosers, you'll be probably bargaining for your salary in a fish market with a fish seller. After the selection there's 95% possibility that you could be working on C, because they decide for your career, and would be developing exe files which fetch and dump values in DB. That's it. If you want to work there pretend it's 1990, because the level of coding, technologies and work culture is crap. There's just one benefit, you'll be good in Ctrl C and Ctrl V, as your general manager will do all the work and he'll give you the remaining 1% of work. Your general manager will just fool you that they'll implement newer technology, but tryst me I've seen the entire architecture of their project. They won't do that in coming 10 years. The managers are selfish like hell, you will not even get okay types increment. They want all the money in their pockets. You will not be appreciated not even once, even if you give blood and sweat to the company. The increment you'll get will be chillar, you'll get bheek at the time of appraisal. The increment band is 2% to 10%. 10% people are fixed. If you have more than 4 years of experience within this company you'll get 8%. If you have 2 years of experience within this company you'll get 6%. Otherwise 4 or 2 % You cannot leave the company till you complete 2.5 years and even if you talk about this to your general manager he will start torturing you. The notice period is of 90 days, your general manager will not even shorten it by 1 hour also, even if you don't have anything to do. And the day you resign the whole company will turn against you. Drowning in a ocean with no help. No salary for 100 days. If you've some problem after resigning, the company will turn into a government office where everyone will push their work to some other person. Don't join this company, your mental and physical health matters the most. You'll be ruining your career even if you join this company. So just chill at home.
