- management really values their employees and making sure that they enjoy what they do - team members communicate with each other really well - the workspace itself is open, transparent and fun to work in - the holidays are really spread out so that you get random days off work, small breaks here and there - management demonstrates they value their employees by providing feedback, purchasing bonus items such as snacks, happy hours, outside work events - all team members are bought into the business, understand the importance of their individual roles and total team work - there is a lot of growth opportunities here - flexible work hours and schedule
