Pros

Slow call volume for a call center. Treasure chest give aways (Pirate, Pens tickets). Health Benefits package.

Cons

Where to begin? You are hired and told that your schedule is provided 4 weeks in advance but most weeks you'd be lucky if it was 4 days before upcoming work week. They will hire you as flex schedule and then put you on every Friday/Saturday 4p-12am shift and every Sunday. with no predictability on scheduling. Poor balance between work/life due to the poor management of scheduling as mentioned above (the woman who makes the schedule is nice just lazy and incompetent). Management picks favorites and they get the best shifts with a ton of flexibility while everyone else is mistreated and receive no flexibility You take calls for over 80 companes with extremely quick and poor training sessions. Lack of communication due to receiving 100 e-mails a day caused nothing but confusion. As a bonus, a lot of the people are on drugs and some agents even fall asleep at their station. People would have sex in the parking lot and inside on night shifts.
