Cutting edge work and a lot of it. We did more work in a day than agencies 2-3 times the size by being really organized. Able to talk clients in to trying really innovative digital projects including social and search - not just websites. Surprisingly a lot of traditional advertising, design and print work goes through there (they just don't talk about it). Very much an office that likes to go to happy hour. Pay is competitive and benefits top notch.
Cons
Major growing pains. Tough to find the right people that can manage the pace. They tend to like to be under the radar which I think is a mistake as one of the partners is really well known and respected. The partners also seem to get along well but aren't always on the same page.
