Pros

Great people and entry level opportunities to get into SaaS inside sales. I'm in an admin department that runs pretty smoothly. It is a small group that has a close nit family feel to it. Culture is 100% committed and has a relaxed business casual attire. Plenty of snacks, coffee, and breakfast items.

Cons

Worth mentioning - If you are looking for an 8-5 job with low effort, this is not the place. As it is a small group, individuals are measured on their work ethic and job performance. If you are not up for a challenging work atmosphere or the level of work and commitment needed to attain your sales goals, Marketech is not a good fit. If you are, than this isn't a con and can only help you grow professionally. Restaurant areas are not within walking distance, no covered parking.

Marketech Corp is a unique Sales and Marketech organization that offers its employees an opportunity to take part in the launch of technology start ups companies from around the world. The challenge and expectation from its employees are tremendous and exciting. Like all sales organization, a sales persons compensation growth is entirely dependent on the individuals success. Unlike other sales organizations or industries (Insurance, real estate) Marketech offers a comfortable base salary. Marketech offers great career opportunities for people that are sales driven and plan on sticking around. Full benefits are paid to full time employees and they grow over time. Residual income is the most rewarding and secure form of paid commissions and Marketech offers an uncapped compensation.

Cons

Representing technology start up companies is challenging. It should be not be expected that all are projects are fit to the US Marketech and will succeed. Employees that expect swift success, high commissions and easy sales will be disappointed. A successful sales person has to be persistent, mature, professional and believe in the product. Growth - is all about building ones personal bank of business. Bottom line - folks that come in will unrealistic expectations will fail.
