Cons
Management is terrible, specifically sales which lacks leadership from top to bottom. Probably the most uncomfortable sales environment I have ever experienced, the company provides zero training & resources to their reps. The management team will literally set you u for failure then request massively unrealistic metrics. If you want to stunt/hurt your career MarketOne is the place for you. Being an employee at M1 was one of the worst experiences of my life!
