Sad state of affairs - Anonymous employee MarketOne Employee Review

They have no clue what they are doing. The website says quote, “We’re growing fast. Which means that if you join us, you’ll grow fast with us.”. What a joke. There have been 5 rounds of layoffs in 12 months in the US office alone. Besides having no stability and absolutely no loyalty or concern for employees, they do not train employees or provide opportunities for growth. The few people left must be so miserable. It’s really sad.
