Pros

I have over 25 years' experience in Sales/Marketing with many of those years in a virtual environment. So, I can make a knowledgeable comparison based on working at various company's in this space. MarketLauncher is by far the Best work at home experience! Flexible schedule(work/life balance); bi-weekly pay; monthly bonuses & office allowance; highly intelligent, innovative, responsive and collaborative Leadership/Management team, who are more than willing to help you to succeed and encourages feed-back on the company processes; fun and interactive working environment. Management often thinks of fun ways to enhance the virtual work experience, e.g., Monthly Award Winners, not set up to pit against each other (unlike other places I've worked), it's done tastefully with attainable goal expectations. Additional Perk: Office closes at 1pm every Friday in the summer months with the intended purpose of spending even more quality time with your family.

Cons

I really do love my job! So, there really aren't any cons. If I had to list something, it would be to prepare for being flexible for the company, as the company is flexible for you. Sometimes you might need to switch gears. However, that would not be a con for those who can pivot and keep it moving! Must enjoy working from your home office.

Pros

A few genuinely nice folks to interact with daily. The monthly office allowance is great if you're an employee.

Cons

No training at all aside from homegrown documentation with no version kept scattered all over the network. When you start you're told to reach out to people to obtain your own training and onboarding into your new position and given a list of first names with no titles or contact info. Lots of last minute must-do projects pop up once you're on your own and if you're a part timer with an hours cap that pressures you to work and not claim the time. Management turnover is very high. I had 4 or 5 managers in just over a year and a half. Unfortunately the director who takes over during the frequent vacancies is very difficult to work for and with. Personal issues preside. Working at ML is much more emotion-based than logic or process-driven. Pressure to have company email on your smartphone as a part time employee with flexible hours is strong. Contractors wait months for payment and there are frequent payroll hiccups for employees as well. Being able to work from home is touted as the be-all end-all attraction to ML but quite frankly that's just not new any longer or tough to find. My background is working for corporations with global business models and documented process and procedures. This is so NOT that--if you're looking for a position where you are rewarded for your contributions with fact-based performance ratings keep up your job search.
