Thank you for your review. We are concerned that you call our channel of marketing a "sales scheme". We offer a guarantee base (which is higher than the national average) plus a bonus structure (which is higher than the national average). Because we are expanding and we only promote from within, our goal is to mentor each individual on every level of the company and give them a "hands-on" approach. Some individuals choose to stay at front-line sales whereas most chose to advance.
