This company seems to only recruit via recruitment company (Search) so it can easily take up to a year to receive your actual contract, which creates great uncertainty. You'll be expected a lot with not a lot of training. The senior management can be hostile. You're not supported and it's difficult to progress in your career here unless you already know someone from inside. Receiving yearly reviews or salary increases seems impossible. The annual holiday is only 29 days including bank holidays, and the sick pay is only 4 days for the whole year.
