Pros

various schedule options, pay, benefits, easy work

Cons

Management consists of people that have never managed before and have no idea how to talk to people. The company is way over staffed, primarily compiled by people that do very little, plus a few that do far too much. Third shift consists of people sleeping and watching movies. As a professional adult, working here was laughable. The majority of my time was spent playing video games and taking walks.

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
