Payment at the end of each month is about as much professional credit I can give

It's in excuseable, that for a company operating within a heavily regulated industry, that there is NO formal training for any role in the company. Try to get your head around how deficient that makes the business. If you join Marken you will have to figure out around 80% of the job yourself, if you're lucky they'll be someone else in your team to train you on the rest. If you join a team of fully new employees...then good luck is all I can say. The amount of management-level personnel that come in and out is crazier than anything I've experienced before and is almost unbelieveable. If you join Marken as a manager then be prepared to be held account for every mistake, issue or job that falls anywhere near your remit

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
