Pros

Decent salary. Minor progression if you could manage up just like most places, or if you can prove yourself by working extremely long hours, doing 2-3 person's job. Some effort in innovating the services.

Cons

My opinion, huge number of the people here are incompetent at their job and blame someone/something else if something goes wrong. Thus, manage your own expectations if you want to get any good work done. Middle management that I deal with turns a blind eye to many client complaints and feedback. Micromanagement happens from the top and tolerates toxic politics. Near-zero HR policies because there is HR is almost non-existent - 1 or 2 person managing all of the global offices. Same for many other important business functions.

Pros

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Cons

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
