      Strong culture of winning, working together and not taking things too seriously. Many opportunities as the company grows.

      Cons

      Growth is challenging and we might make wrong decisions/steps along the way. Would like to see a focus on what we really do well and constantly improve that while exiting underperformers on the periphery.
