      Great morale and a diverse, smart group of colleagues; Transparent and "work hard, play hard" culture; Exciting stage to be in as a newly launched startup finding PMF and scaling; Meaningful and impactful work

      Pros

      - Experience what it's like to build a business from scratch, both the excitement and difficult problems to solve - Great team spirit and dynamics, leave work every day with a smile on your face - Plenty of work to be done, and plenty of opportunities to learn in building an innovative and disruptive business model

      Cons

      - As with any startup, self motivation and ability to deal with ambiguity are important to succeed here - Need to constantly learn new things outside of domain expertise quickly to support different aspects of the business
