Pros
- Steep learning curve - very suitable for enthusiastic learner. - Tremendous learning and professional development. Working on cutting edge and intellectually stimulating topics. - Very friendly & supportive colleagues.
Cons
- Working hour is harsh, working late and work on weekend are common, not to mention that there are no overtime pay involved. - High workload & poor workload allocation, employee are often given additional task outside his/her responsibility. - As a family company, many strategic positions held by people who have not chosen on the basis of meritocracy, but only based on relationship and favoritism.
