Pros
The discount is awesome!! 40% off regular priced stuff and 20% off sale items. Pay isn't bad. Very willing to accommodate your schedule if they can. I have a child at home so could only work evenings/weekends. This was a great job for me to get back into the work force after being a stay at home mom for 7 years.
Cons
The training needs to be better. They often let you go and if you have questions you are to ask your fellow co workers. Can be frustrating for sure. Alot of responsibility for the hourly pay (I made 10.75). Lack of communication between management and staff. This causes all sorts of issues!
