Hello, I have been working at Canadian tire for a year since a Sales Associate. My annual review is up. I believe I am an important asset to my team and can perform almost all tasks a shift is assigned to. Currently I am on minimum wage and I want to apply for a raise. Can you guys guide me through the appropriate process on how to apply for a raise. Thank you
