Pros
Lots of work that needs to be done across the construction industry. They have a wide range of skills to be taught.
Cons
The constancy lacks. What you do one day is not always correct the next day. They put to much work on any one person. The owner is tough to get along with. She likes to scream, yell and make you fell incompetent. Even though, she is constantly changing her mind on how she wants things done, or because you don't know what you don't know.
