Long hours expected over and above contract. - Project Manager Maritime Developments Employee Review

Expected to work very long hours, well into evening and the small hours on week nights for some!!! Office staff doing work at weekends was normal/expected. 5% pension contributions. Helping with family responsibilities is pretty much non existent. Holiday entitlement offered at interview can be very poor and is not uniform throughout the organisation. Don't be shy at interview, stand your ground otherwise you'll end up with 20 days plus statutory (or whatever the legal minimum is). Not flexible. Working from home is not allowed.
