A very little or no pros in this company. Frankly saying.
Cons
1. Low pay if compared to other commercial laboratories which is in same industry. Same amount of pay will be given even if your experiences and qualifications differ from others. 2. Toxic work environment. Need high level of patience and tolerance to work in this company. 3. Terrible and worse work flow plan. Staffs always focus on finishing up works but not in gaining knowledge. Even your senior staffs do not know what is the reason behind every test procedures. Blindly follow the SOP prepared by previous employees. NOOBS. 4. No cleanliness. 0%. 5. No proper PPE. Always using chemical reagents with no mask on. Plus, using low quality and cheap gloves. 6. Always focus on amount of samples tested per day but wont think about the condition and maintenance of lab instrument. 7. Must work on alternate Saturdays and Sundays. Sometimes there will be a need to work continously for 2 weeks with weekends included. Sorry dont expect a wok life balance lifestyle. 8. Favouritism. Experience it yourself. 9. Please have some pity on INTERN students. Give them knowledge and experience instead of using them as slaves. If you tolerate these kind of things, you can work here for long term and will be awarded......... NOTHING.
