      Able to claim a lot of OT; transport claim; weekend allowance; noon shift allowance

      Cons

      Weekend shift (Saturday and SUnday; full day); Have to work very fast, they expect the new comers must complete the task as fast as seniors; A lot of works need to be handled by one person; Weekly rotating morning and noon shift; Abundance of samples received daily
