      Low pay ,No training, Constant over time High turn over rate, management is completely out of touch with employees, Hugh standard without proper training, lack of tools to do the job, zero direction. Just stay away

      Vacation and benefits are decent for the area

      Constant overtime, mislead about the day to day, leadership lacks direction, pay starts pretty low with little to opportunity for growth, inability to solve problems, little to no training
