      Great people on the shop floor. Coworkers were all great people

      Cons

      In the 6 months I worked there the whole plants paychecks were shorted 4 times. Once nobody got paid overtime the others we got between a half to a third of our paychecks wick come from the main facility in Indiana so it took several days to rectify the situation. If not having to wait till the following payday.

      Pros

      Great place to work. They really want you to learn and will do anything so that you can further your career.

      Cons

      I don't think there are really any cons, other than since they are a smaller company it makes it harder for faster growth within the company.
