No work life balance Bad culture Disturbed market Slow growth, Traditional GT setup 6 days working, might have to work on Sunday's as well depending on boss Modern trade has disturbed the market badly, although company taking steps to ensure market hygiene but very difficult to get it corrected. Market infiltration in Metro/Rural/Urban wherever you go.
