Pros
Small local company that has been around for a lot of years. Food is prepared off site so not much prep is done at the restaurants
Cons
The owner is very hands on. This could be good if she didn't over ride what decision making is done by the VP of ops and hired upper management that were experienced at "upper management". They feel the easiest way to get a positive bottom line is to cut labor to a skeleton crew and have the managers do all the hourly workers jobs.
