Better than most corporate restaurants. 50% discount on meals. Woman owned, and it does result in more humane treatment of hourly workers
Cons
It is still corporate even if the image is family-owned. Will schedule you different days and different shifts every week if you allow them too. Hey workers, we need to stop putting up with that nonsense. We deserve the ability to plan our free time. Illegally forced front staff to tip kitchen staff.
