      Pros

      A great deal of exposure to top management if the employee performs. Very dynamic. You are a problem solver. Not a lot of resources so you have to make it happen. Self drive is key.

      Cons

      Not good if you are a very rigid professional. You have to create a lot of processes. Nothing is already settled. You have to be comfortable with the unknown
