Some colleagues are very nice, possibility to work from home or from an office in Barcelona.
Cons
The company presents itself as a cool startup with lots of appealing features and benefits, but in reality it's very hierarchical with a top-down management style where the employees are the last to be considered. There’s a lack of structure, methodology, professionalism, and the lack of respect and proper management ultimately creates a toxic work environment. They hire highly qualified professionals, make them feel inadequate in their roles, and then exploit their work to fire them a few months later.
