Pros

I have nothing good to say

Cons

High turn over, will work you 12 hours 6 days a week, get a point if your late or leave before your shift ends, run out of work during the week work on go home work on Sundays, show up for work get sent home if they don't won't you If your not a yes person fired you All about Who you know not what you know. Smokers get to smoke anytime they won't to but non smokers has to beg to go to the bathroom Poor management and HR you tell them something personal it will be all over the plant. No open door policy Supervisors leave the work to team leaders while they set in office play on the internet making good money. don't work yourself to death for a promotion. You will not get it unless your there buddies not seniority here already got the person pick out who they won't

Pros

1. You get 2 shutdowns per year about 1-2 weeks. Once around July and again around christmas/new years 2. A chance to get a raise ever 6 months ranging from .10 to $1.00, but no one gets the $1. 3. If you work night shift its pretty relaxed. Day is hectic. 4. They give you holidays dinners and even have events 5, The work itself is not hard. Some days is just mostly annoying. 6. I have been late many times, but they worked with me because I am a good worker.

Cons

1. HR will lie to you, don't trust them. They have been sued before and currently are about to get sued again. If you go in make sure to record your conversations. 2. They tried to not pay me twice. I had to argue with HR for 10 minutes before they even opened my checks stubs. I got paid $70 for 50 hour work. And they continued this for 2 weeks. 3. If the boss does not like you they will find a way to remove you or cut your hours whether you are a good worker or not. 4. Sometimes if there are not enough people they will make you do a 2-3 person job by yourself and say good luck. 5. Some of the machines your work with you have to tweak it yourself to get it to work. Like putting tape on sensors to get a red part to pass. 5. There is theft in the building from lunches to phones have been stolen. Do not leave your stuff anywhere. Not even on the bathroom bench while you go the stalls.
