Hypocritical company - Warehouse Worker Marel Employee Review

After suffering a herniated disc due to the work, I was given a fit note for a month by my doctor. During that time, no one from the company reached out to check on me or show any concern for my well-being. However, as soon as I returned to work, they dismissed me, using other excuses. It was obvious to everyone that the real reason was my injury and the fact that they couldn’t accept an employee needing time off for recovery.
