Coworkers were very nice, caring individuals

Upper management were fixtures for several years, allowing for no real promotion potential. Procedures a bit antiquated, with management unwilling to change.

Learned a lot while working there

Staying late (because it is expected) and not getting paid overtime Upper management has been there for several decades, create a hostile work environment because they enjoy to work off seniority Awful work environment, no room to move up so they continuously fire people for no legitimate reason.
