      Pros

      Nice environment, mostly nice customers, good co-workers, decent benefits, good starting salary

      Cons

      Management can be wishy-washy, not a great history of corporate culture, management has trouble communicating with itself, salaries can be quite limited if not in management, unsteady history of bonuses, the playlist will get stuck in your head for months on end --even after two months off

      Pros

      Non-management employees are absolutely amazing! Some of the best people I've ever met and worked with.

      Cons

      - Schedule changes less than 24 hours before your shift and there is no communication. - Schedule is not updated digitally on the app - If someone calls into their shift you are expected to stay and work their shift. - Scheduling medical appointments is difficult, requests denied often - Your scheduling availability will not be respected. - You will be thrown into departments you were not hired for - Inconsistent company policy on shoplifting: an employee was fired for NOT chasing a shoplifter, and another employee was fired FOR chasing a shoplifter. - Overheard management speaking disparagingly about employees to each other in the office multiple times - Inconsistent management style across different managers - Passive communication from management
