      Access to cool projects and some of the employees are nice.

      Cons

      Toxic and emotionally abusive upper management, depressing and disgusting office, low pay, no job mobility/employee growth opportunities, and mediocre benefits. Stay far far away if you know what's good for you.

      Pros

      It was a small company, so you really got to know everyone who worked there. Also, since Marcus works on so many diverse projects, you have the opportunity to do really interesting and different things.

      Weird office politics. Impossible to move up, you'll begin and end with the same title no matter how long you work there.
