Senior Accountant - Senior Accountant Marcolin Employee Review

The Accounting process is full of redundancies and very inefficient. Working at Marcolin is like stepping into a time machine and turning the knob to the 1970's. 12 hours work day even during non month end close days, should be an indicative that something is seriously wrong...no matter how many dinners you buy for your employees. Taking the position on this company was the worst decision I have ever made. Therefore for those looking for a job in the Accounting dept at Marcolin USA, you have been warned....RUN AWAY! Plenty of jobs out there!
