      The environment is positive and the people are friendly. This is a great place to work and you feel like the people you work with actually care about you.

      They offer a much higher commission structure than most agency staffing firms, and you have a direct line to communicate with upper management.

      Cons

      Can be a little chaotic internally as it relates to documentation.
