The company really does care about their employees and makes an effort to ensure there is structure within the company. Strong dedication to process and procedures. Plenty of new and unique challenges arise that can be fun to problem-solve in order to overcome.
Cons
Getting approval for necessary building maintenance or updates can be difficult at times if quote amounts of the work to be done are higher than budget estimates.
